Using Weather as an Antagonist

Thinking about doing a cold weather campaign and want the environment itself to feel hostile, mostly due to climate. If you're interested, I'm interested in hearing your thoughts!

I'd like a video on weather, but not just cold weather, perhaps how to effectively use all types of environmental setbacks. Including regional and lair effects.
