How do you incorporate factions into a megadungeon

You've mentioned before in other videos about including factions and/or political aspects of a story in a megadungeon. How? That idea appeals to me, but I have no idea where to start. What factions would be in a dungeon? How many? Thanks!

Thoughts on player character mechanics and optional rules for your players

As in multi-classing, feats, homebrew content, rolling stats vs. point buy, honor and sanity (though I believe you did honor if I'm not mistaken), etcetera.

Knowing when you should roll dice.

You should only roll dice when both success and failure are interesting.

Appendix N

Your Appendix N has gotta be huge! From just what I've seen in RtG, you have a massive collection of books, movies, and video games that you steal from every chance you get, and I want to steal from them too.
